MOSA (Modular Open Systems Approach) is an integrated business and technical strategy adopted by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to achieve competitive and affordable acquisition and sustainment of defense systems throughout their life cycle.

MOSA(모듈식 개방형 시스템 접근법)는 미국 국방부(DoD)가 국방 무기체계의 전주기에 걸쳐 경쟁력 있고 비용 효율적인 획득 및 유지를 실현하기 위해 채택한 통합적 기술·사업 전략입니다.
